After graduating from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton School of Business, Mr. Crumbaugh gravitated immediately to the fast paced nature and fluidity of the real estate market.  

 

As a native of Kentucky, his intimate knowledge of the state’s financial marketplace enabled him to expand rapidly throughout office, retail, and residential development and management.  His eye for opportunity and precision negotiation drew interest, and Mr. Crumbaugh was tapped to develop a comprehensive management department for a publicly traded firm with real estate holdings in excess of $100 million throughout Kentucky and the Southeast United States.  

 

The prospect of expanding aggressively into other marketplaces prompted Mr. Crumbaugh to found and preside over The Crumbaugh Companies, where he is an active partner in approximately $10 million of real estate development and investment.
