Morgan joins our team with over 30 years of construction experience. He has project managed multiple townhouse developments totaling 158 units, with a total market value of construction projects 50+ million. His expertise includes initial design coordination, city approval and permitting, general construction management, site superintendent, site utility installation, financing, masonry installation, and budget estimating and bid contract execution.

 

Morgan and his wife Brianne have four children and live in Lexington, Kentucky. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling across the United States. He is a graduate of Transylvania University.
